  1. Communication au Broker de vos donn\u00e9es, nom et pr\u00e9nom, domicile, adresse e-mail et num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone<\/li>\n \t
  2. Visite du bateau<\/li>\n \t
  3. Offre \u00e9crite pour l'achat<\/li>\n \t
  4. Acceptation \u00e9crite de l'offre par le propri\u00e9taire<\/li>\n \t
  5. Paiement \u00e0 titre de garantie \u00e9gal \u00e0 10% du prix propos\u00e9 par virement bancaire sur le compte bancaire indiqu\u00e9 par le Broker ou lettre de cr\u00e9dit selon les accords<\/li>\n \t
  6. Essai en mer du bateau<\/li>\n \t
  7. Transport du bateau jusqu'au chantier naval pour visiter la coque, la transmission et les composants de direction.<\/li>\n \t
  8. Si aucun d\u00e9faut grave affectant la navigation n'est constat\u00e9, le soumissionnaire sera oblig\u00e9 d'acheter le bateau dans les conditions d\u00e9crites dans l'offre d'achat.<\/li>\n \t
  9. Dans l'\u00e9ventualit\u00e9 que des d\u00e9fauts graves affectant la navigation ou des r\u00e9parations structurelles ne seraient pas signal\u00e9s pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment par \u00e9crit par le propri\u00e9taire, le soumissionnaire aura droit \u00e0 un remboursement imm\u00e9diat du montant pay\u00e9 \u00e0 titre de garantie et au remboursement des frais engag\u00e9s pour toute \u00e9valuation.<\/li>\n \t
  10. S'il existe les conditions pour lesquelles la vente du bateau peut \u00eatre conclue, le contrat de vente sera sign\u00e9 dans les d\u00e9lais et dans les conditions indiqu\u00e9s dans l'offre d'achat.<\/li>\n \t
